Dionne from Birkenshaw store was a pleasure to speak with and she was so helpful. Her product knowledge was highly impressive and she re assured us that we were in fact making the correct purchase. Could her line manager please hold this girl in high regards as from the minute we walked through the store she made herself available without being pushy and forceful! Thank you Dionne, you made our experience a positive and happy one and we cannot wait to sleep on our new mattress!

I viewed a bed online which was available in store, many mattresses to choose from, and very quick delivery which is quite hard to find for a lot of companies just now.

Alex who served us was great, highly kind, offered us drinks and catered to our price range, we even did the sleep simulator

We were greeted by Dionne who was welcoming but not all over us from the minute we walked in. Dionne read our situation well. Became involved when she felt we needed guidance then gave us space to continue looking and decided what we were wanting to opt for. Her manor was super. She was great with my little girl who the bed was for. Overall very good visit.

I may not have gone ahead with the purchase due to the long delivery time however the quality of service from Lesley the sleep expert was of the highest standard . Her care and attention to letting us choose the option we felt comfortable with and her product knowledge focus on our needs helped us realise this was the right choice and it was worthy the wait . Could not praise Lesley highly enough

I thought the sleep match machine was great.. as my partner and myself didn’t know where to start when it came to buying a new mattress. So that was a great help and we managed to picked a mattress that we both loved.

The assistant Cheryl was so informative and knowledgeable on everything we asked

Me and my fiancé went to the shop not understanding what kind of matress would suit our needs and the lady Dionne was amazing in helping also our 2 year old daughter loved the staff

We dealt with Lesley in the uddingston branch, who was fantastic. She looked after us well and gave us so much information on what mattresses were best suited to us. We didn’t have a clue what we were looking for when we went in so she was very helpful.
