The member of staff Dione that helped us in the uddingston store was lovely and so helpful would definitely shop in this store again after the great service from Dione.

Salesman very experienced in his knowledge of the Dreams products, I explained my condition as a disabled person and what I was looking for in a bed mainly adjustable I was immediately taken to a selection of beds to try for suitability no pressure was put on me and was given plenty of time to try each one at my leisure.

The store was well set out, Ashely (the assistant) explained the setup as soon as we entered and then allowed us time to browse as we wanted. She was highly knowledgable and very interested in our needs. She was very friendly and made the whol experience great.

Ashley was amazing. Her knowledge was superb and her customer service was top notch. She was very helpful right from the start as I had no clue where to even begin looking for a pillow. She was so patient and explained the benefits of each type of pillow (I didn't even need to ask). She helped me find the right one and then let us take our time around the rest of the shop. Which then led to us buying a bed and mattress. Thanks Ashley.

Kathleen the assistant who dealt with our purchase showed great patience in showing us all the mattresses and additional items ie base, pillows etc. We highly appreciated the time taken to assist us in our purchase and also the knowledgeable way she helped us come to our final decision.

After visiting a number of other bed retailers where the sale people 'stalked' us before starting the "hard sell" tactics, we found Katrina at Dreams very helpful. She asked questions to help us narrow down the type of mattress we needed as well as explaining the differences between each type. She showed us a small range of mattresses that suit our needs without overwhelming us. We didn't feel like we were pressured or sold to but more supported to make our own decision on the right mattress for us.

We found everything we where looking for, assistance was great and not only gave us a lot of help but left us to look and think over everything on our own.
