Staff where very helpful...showed me what i needed..where nit pushy...very friendly and all spoke with me and obvious good close team.

Staff were friendly but not pushy. Store was well set out. Allowed to browse and then when ready sales staff were on hand. Katrina was well versed on the products . Overall experience was good. It also seemed staff got on well with each other and led to a good feeling in the store.

The girl who served us helped after we explained that My Sister-in-law and I were looking for a smaller bed for my other Sister-in-law who has dementia and has trouble with her old bed. An automatic bed was not wanted as yet, but maybe in the future. Ashley helped us very much and was a pleasure to talk to.
