Dreams - Uddingston

I wasn't sure what I was looking for and Alex the assistant was brilliant. He made me try other mattresses and not to pick the first one I tried.

Went in today to find a brand new bed and mattress to begin a new chapter in me and my fiancé's life. Walked into the store with very high standards to which we where looking for and we where most definitely not disappointed. We where greeted by a lovely woman by the name of Kathleen who made our shopping all that much easier. We could not of asked for a nicer more knowledgeable woman to have helped us with such an important purchase. We will most definitely be returning if this is the standard in which dreams employees are set at. 10/10

kathleen put my mother and i at ease,was extremely helpful and courteous.she explained everything in detail and could'nt help enough.

We had looked at the website prior to visiting the store and had an idea of our preferences. The assistance we received from Kathleen from Dreams was so very helpful in making our final decision. Her knowledge of the products was excellent and she assisted us in choosing our products accassembley ording to our specific needs and in matching the products and giving us the information to help us to make the perfect choice. She arranged everything from ordering, to delivery, assembly and disposal of our old bed. We couldn't have had better assistance and appreciated her professional and cheerful man.ner

Was allowed to look at the products on my own after initial approach and support from sales person. Who was then on had quickly to answer questions I had. No brash sales encounter just a pleasant relaxed experience.

The lady who dealt with us told us things we had no idea about when buying beds or pillows, we may well have made the sames mistakes we had made in the past but for her advice

During our visit we where provided with plenty of help. However given space when required. The assistant was very knowledgable and friendly and showed us a range of beds that suited our preference.
