Dreams - Uddingston

Julie the store manager is fantastic! We were in the store for over an hour, Julie and Dionne were great at establishing out needs and working out what package was best for us. They also have the best sense of humour and made our shopping trip one I will never forget. If that is the dreams experience then I hope every other store lives up to it!

Visited store in Uddingston. Alex was very helpful, listened to our needs and the fact it's been a long time since we've bought a bed. Firstly he ran us through the types of mattresses available now before letting us try a few different mattresses. He was happy to let us go back and forward to compare, before we decided on the correct mattress and ottoman bed. We were both delighted with how simple and easy Alex made the whole process. On a side note, we'd like to say thank you to Alex and all your staff in Uddingston with regard to our son. He is 6 and has autism, and the staff were fine with letting him wander around and lie on beds during what could have been a stressful time for everyone. Due to this he was fine, and we were able to spend time picking the right mattress and bed. Thanks again to everyone!

The staff new what they were talking about when I asked about the product and when I wanted to change the mattress what other ones were available

To start we didn't know what type of mattress and bed we wanted but after the first visit we were given a better idea from Kathleen. We went to another 3 shops but returned as we liked the product and of course the prices. Also we purchased pillows and covers which were on sale and my wife loves a bargain.

I had visited the score several days ago and was given advice on choices of product . I couldn't make up my mind and the staff were very supportive, I returned this morning with my mind made up and placed my order . I was pleased that the staff remembered me and were very helpful . I was unsure if I wanted a three quarter bed or a single and on advise of staff I went home and measured using the props e.g. Bath towels to mark out the area and realised the space around the bed . Great advice nknow I've made the right decision .Thanks

The range of products available was impressive and wide. The ability to try was great. However the colleague who assisted me was tremendous. She was friendly, knowledgeable, listened to my needs and priorities was able to direct and advise me with no pressure at all. She empathised with my need for certain items for my comfort and could supply products, suggestions and advice while taking time. She seemed to have a genuine interest but nit intrusive. Ideal shop assistant/colleague- Kathleen- should be commended!

Dionne was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for , she explained all about the bed an within 5 mins I was happy, even got a cup of coffee while waiting on the transaction, 10 /10 Dionne

Staff, especially Julie were amazing.
