From the minuite we walked in the salesperson jon mc knight greeted us and asked us if we needed help . He then offered us refreshments and asked us if we would like to try any of the beds or did we have anything in mind . He then showed us to exactly what we had enquired about explained in great detail about the product offered us to try the bed and showed us a dvd explaining some more about the bed we asked about. There was also a great rapport between all the staff and the manageress julie was also very helpful and friendly. It was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I've had.

Sale advisor Alex was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of purchasing beds and mattresses.

The service was fabulous. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming and had great knowlage.

Bought a tempur mattress year and half ago and experienced great service, so decided to return to purchase ottoman. Again great service. The staff are very helpful and very pleasant. Thanks again and will definitely return for future purchases.

The assistant , Ashley , was attentive without being intrusive . She had a lovely personality . For once shopping was a pleasure . She deserves to be the employee of the month . My wife was not feeling too well but by the time we left the store she was feeling uplifted !!!!!

Kathleen was extremely helpful and kind, as well as all other staff members within the shop. We felt her knowledge about products was exceptional and there was not a question she could not answer.

Alex was very helpful and explained all the options available to us very clearly and as and when we were ready to move on to the various stages in making our decision. He was friendly but professional and showed a good sense of humour.
