Dionne at the Uddingston store was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. She understood what I was looking for and made appropriate suggestions and guided me through the process with ease.

Service and product knowledge from sales assistant was first class (Brenda I think was her name). None of our questions or queries were a hassle and we were highly satisfied with the service received. Will 100% definitely recommended Dreams Tannochside to family, friends and colleague's.

The assistant was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, very polite, offering water/coffee and nothing was too much trouble. It was a delightful experience.

This was our first visit into a shop since the start of Covid. We were both really nervous about going in and were feeling overwhelmed by the choice of beds and mattresses available. A lovely lady called Lesley assisted us and put our minds at ease and made the whole process effortless. The products were great but the best thing about the experience was Lesley and the help and reassurance she offered us. I would recommend Dreams to others but would specifically recommend Lesley.
