Kathleen was extremely helpful from the second we walked us through the door. Everything she did she explained to us WHY she was doing it. She made us feel comfortable and most of all she did pressure us, which was so key for us. She was personable and friendly, explaining the type of mattress she had purchased and why. Asked questions and her knowledge of the mattress was exceptional.

I was served by Dionne and her whole approach in dealing with me was friendly and knowledgeable. Took time to understand what I was looking for, showed several options which would meet my needs and also encouraged me to try some alternative options to make sure I was satisfied with my choice of product.

Totally satisfied with how I was met on entry to the store and my purchase and visit throughout.

I was satisfied with the friendliness and help from staff member Jon who approach my partner, 16month old daughter and myself as we entered the store and offered us a drink. He was not pushy for a sale and gave me time to look about and discuss with my partner before approaching him to place my order I received advice on mattresses for my 2 girls of different ages and suitable mattresses for the bunk bed I was also ordering.

Sales person was very knowledgeable. When the bed I wanted had a longer delivery time than I was able to wait for he suggested an alternative product which I was very happy to order

Staff were extremely helpful quite an enjoyable experience it was like back to when the shopper was important rather than being dismissed as a pest so thank you. 😊

Our sales person was Alex who is probably the most professional, knowledgeable and most pleasant sales person we have ever encountered. He came straight over as soon as we entered the store then explained the makeup of each mattress. He then had us both test each one until we found the one we wanted. After offering us a coffee he than expediently and professionally took and made up our orders. As we bought other items he took the time to explain the various comparative products. From start to finish Alex was an ambassador for Dreams and one you should be extremely proud of. He was an excellent example of the high quality in-house training. Once again Alex was one of the best sales person we have ever experienced!
