Your staff member (Alex) was most helpful, friendly & courteous. He was not " in your face" like some stores. He gave us time & explained the product. Credit to your business.

We had viewed items online and were able to view them in store to ensure they were what we were looking for. Staff were friendly but didn't harass us while we were looking at the products. Ashley was really helpful and explained everything really clearly especially regarding the delivery (up to 6 week wait), she was particularly good with our kids.

The staff member Kathleen was excellent she had great knowledge and helped me from start to finish.

The lady that spoke to me was very helpful she explained all i needed to know about the bed was very cheerful and knew her job well .

This is the second bed I have purchased from dreams this year and I have always used Dreams in the past. Service is excellent and I have never had any problems from initial ordering to final delivery and usage of the product

Was allowed to walk round the store then l was asked if l needed any help and got great help form your colleague Dionne. All my questions were answered. I went home thought about it and came back next day and placed my order!!!

The staff member, Dionne, who assisted us was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Dionne did not put us under any pressure and allowed us to take our time and decide exactly what we wanted. The professional but relaxed manner in which she assisted us was definitely a factor in why we went ahead with the purchase.
