Dreams - Uddingston

Everyone in the store is very friendly, they remembered us making a purchase last year. They offer hospitality and are very knowledgeable on the product. Dionne was the girl who served us and she was very patient as my parents are older and need a bit of time getting on and off beds, she was very helpful. The store manager is lovely and was chatting to us and my daughter.

Ashley took time to find out which type of bed we required and explained the workings of the ottoman bed thoroughly to us.

Staff were friendly and helpful, Kate who served us were very knowledgeable about the products, took time to listen and help guide us toward the best option for us.

Dionne, the assistant who helped us, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and not at all pushy. She helped us find all the beds etc that we needed.

On arrival at Dreams in Birkenshaw trading estate the shop front was clean and with great car parking space. Inside the store was well presented. The customer service assistant Dionne was smartly presented in her uniform with her name badge clear. She took her time to explain to me the difference in the mattresses. I liked that they were colour coded. She listened to what my specific requirements were and directed me to items that were most appropriate. She was friendly and curious with excellent product knowledge. I was highly impressed with the turn around time for delivery and I loved that I was able to pick a date that suited me. I was carrying my eight month old daughter and Dionne assisted me to my car with my items. She is a credit to the company and went above and beyond to make a lasting positive impression of Dreams, no doubt ensuring that I would gladly shop again here.
