Kathleen from birkenshaw estate store was extremely friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, was offered a hot beverage on arrival. Staff took time to show use how the store worked and helped us find the right mattress for our needs.

Staff member was very helpful and not forceful. Listened to us and was very personable. Knew product well and did not rush us

Very friendly and informative staff. Very willing to help and taking the time to ensure we were both satisfied with the product. Made us feel at ease and talked through what we bought thoroughly. Also asked if we would like tea/coffee.

Hi , I felt the staff member knew the products and offered me further products. I also never buy any guarantees but on this occasion I purchased.This was down to the staff member and the way she explained the product. I also felt the staff member was quirky and knew the products in a very genuine way. Staff member was Ashley - Uddingston Store. First time in dreams and will go back.
