As soon as entered store Assistant called Dionne came up gave plenty of help, with considerable knowledge of beds. Very efficient, quickly prossessed my order, offered bed uplift, & told me about discounted pillows which I did need, even knew the quality of them, very impressed. Very nice professional friendly manner, was offered tea or coffee nice touch. This is 4th Bed I have purchased from your Uddingston store.

Katrina the assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose the mattress that was good for me thanks again Katrina 👌👍👍😘 ps. This was in the Uddingston store.

Bought our last bed from you about 9years ago,we we're so pleased with it decided to come back to dreams for our mattress as the base is fine. Staff are so helpful and let try all different kinds of beds before we made our mind up. We bought our new pillows and are sleeping on them at present.

I was served by Kathleen at your Uddingston store She approached me in a friendly way and offered assistance she spent all the time I needed offered tea or coffee and always with a smile. I have to add I decided overnight I wanted to change the colour and when I returned she gave me great advice and assistance. Making it an easy procedure.

Alex and Jon were very helpful, their suggestions were first rate. We were kept informed from placing order to delivery. The delivery team were also very good. Overall a good customer experience.

Jon was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He genuinely cared about getting the right products for me.
