Member of staff Kathleen gave me her undivided attention and helped me explore options.

The salesperson, Kathleen, was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She did not hurry us or put any pressure on us to buy.

The assistant was very helpful and showed us different types of mattresses, was not hassling us and was friendly. His main concern was that we got the type of mattress we were comfortable with.

The assistant was very friendly, very knowledgable, he did not try and force me into buying anything and explained all the products. Would highly recommend the company and the sales rep, he created a great image for the company. He suggested good products but at no point tried to force anything on me, he took into consideration my needs and found products which best suited these. He offered refreshments while I was looking and waiting.

Jon the member of staff was very informative and helpful and knowledgeable about the mattress we were interested in buying.

The salesperson Alex was very helpful - explained options without being too pushy and gave advice geared towards our individual needs for comfort in the mattress being chosen. Provided coffee during completion on paperwork.

Kathleen, the sales advisor, was very knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more patient and helpful,

Kathleen was very helpful and willing to listen to our needs. She then pointed us in the correct direction but didn't push us to pick the most expensive bed if it didn't suit.

The Dream Colleague was very helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. He answered all our questions and any doubts we had were cleared up by his information.
