Angry I ran out of time and had to start all over again. Don't usually trust salesmen but Alex could not have Been more helpfull we are pensioners and he took time to make sure we understood everything explained the differences in mattresses and we tried each one more than once he understood what we preferred we bought quite a lot and he informed us of the offers . We didn't realize the different mattress So it was good he took time to explain these my son had recommended us as he bought a bed recently,I normally would not buy right away but Alex had explained all so we didn't have to return thank you Alex Fay and peter

We were greeted by Ashley who asked if we required assistance, we advise we were just looking just now she said if we needed help just to ask. We then decided we would purchase an item and again spoke with Ashley ,we were looking for a bed frame only as we had previously purchased a tempur mattress from Dreams a couple of years ago, Ashley explained all the details of couple of frames we chose and the advised was very helpful, we then picked one to buy and placed on order, we received the bed frame yesterday and it is lovely, took us a wee while to build but it is lovely and would recommend for quality and price. Alex in the Uddingstore is an asset to your business. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My wife has problems with her back and he took the time to understand our needs. He wasnt pushy and understood it was important to find the right product. We selected a sleeleze bed that was more than we intended to spend but was exactly what my wife requires. The process of purchasing the product was quick and easy.

I had visited the store to buy a certain bed which you could not purchase anywhere else also there was a certain sales person to be in the store Alex to be available he was very knowledgeable and friendly and knew exactly the best option for me made me feel at ease and happy within in the store could not do enough for us.

Alex was very professional he let us browse 1st without intruding and when we asked for his help he was very knowledgeable going through a range of mattresses with us making sure we got the 1 we wanted. The speed he processed the order was more than satisfactory and the coffee was a nice touch. Overall a very professional experience.

The knowledge and quickness of Jon, our sales person, was first class. He took us into the Tempur display area where we watched a video on the product while trying it out! The whole process was very quick and the sale price along with the interest free credit offer made our purchase more affordable.

Alex the sales advisor was very knowledgable and helpful. He explained the difference in choice of mattress and very efficiently spent a lot of time with us allow us to try the mattresses. We were not rushed and given plenty of time to test the mattresses so we made right decision. At the sales desk we were treated well and offered a coffee/got chocolate and biscuit which was very nice and very good customer service.
