Very friendly,helpful sales assistant who provided expert knowledge and advise on product having gathered information from me in order to best meet my requirements

Alex was very knowledgeable and offered good advice on what products best suited my sleeping posture.

Prior to visiting Dreams, I went to Bensons Beds/Reids next door to Dreams and the service I received was very poor to say the least.Thats why we left and went to Dreams and due to the service we received from Kathleen we purchased a new bed & mattress for my son and a new mattress for my wife and I. I will also be looking at visiting again in Jan 18 to purchase a bed for my grandson also. The main reason for this was the attention and care given to us by Kathleen, who is a credit to your organisation.....Superb.. It was my Pretty Woman moment !!!!

The salesman was absolutely fantastic ... very knowledgeable and helpful. we spoke to him and then came back to the store and waited to speak to him specifically.

As was purchasing a new bed, mattress and other items on behalf of my father who accompanied me to the store that day. He is 84 and suffers from vascular dementia which I made the assistant, Katrina, aware of when we first entered. Katrina showed the utmost respect for my father throughout the process and ensure he was part of the transaction from start to finish. Her product knowledge was superb and was kind enough to make us both a coffee, which was much appreciated by us both.

The girl who dealt with me was very patient and took a lot of time with me. I didnt feel rushed. Gave me all the options that helped me decide what bed to get.

Dreams colleague, was knowledgeable, friendly - without being over-familiar, efficient and helpful, made us aware of services available and "sold up" services (assembly)and products (bedside cabinets, pillows & duvet) that were of genuine use to us.

My husband and I are highly satisfied with the staff at dreams because of the time and effort that they put in to making us feel very comfortable and relaxed, and explaining the different qualities of the product, we would definitely shop at dreams again.

Alex was friendly and professional without being to pushy great service
