Alex in the Uddingston store made it really easy to find the bed that suited our needs. He was knowledgeable on all the different products and patient when we needed to try some of the beds again. Thats the service i expect when I go anywhere to shop and i was delighted Alex was available to help us when we came in. We'll be looking for him again when we go back.

the assistant understood what i required and spent the time to explain and show me the products i required i wasnt rushed she was very patient with me

I needed a bed pretty quickly, Berny sourced a bed that was both available quickly and one that fitted my needs. Very friendly through out and not pushy. It was a great experience. top marks for the quick delivery. Regards, Gary

We went to your Uddingston branch and was served by Alex. What a credit he is to your company. Took his time helping us very friendly just a lovely guy in general. We didn't have alot to spend as we have been doing home improvements this month and had been badly let down by Dfs. Looking for a cheap mattress for my daughters bed that had been delivered without a mattress. Alex was amazing gave us great knowledgeable information. Took his time to offer us a drink which was lovely as our item only came to £99.00. Thanks so much Alex definitely know where we will be coming to purchase our bed in the up coming months.

When we entered the store Alex approached us and introduced himself he was very friendly. We were offered water or coffee when we were sitting to get our order finalised. The only problem is waiting 3 weeks for our new mattress lol. So we left happy

Alex was very helpful and knowledgable,making sure I viewed products that were suitable and taking my requirements into account. He made sure I had the time to select my final choice and gave advice but did not push me toward a particular product which I appreciated. He was friendly and made me feel like a valued customer
