Dreams - Uddingston

This was my third purchase in as many weeks so that will tell the level of satisfaction i experienced in your store.

Sales staff were friendly ,they let us try out many beds & pillows too ,we were offered tea or coffee.

I was really pleased with the help, service and care that Jon McKnight gave me. It is the first time that I have bought from Dreams and would certainly come back again in the future. Jon took the time to write everything down for me as I wanted to measure and decide best product. He even offered me coffee and again when I returned some days later. I haven't yet received my sofa so cannot comment on that too much but it was the product on view in the showroom that impressed me and I am sure that it will suit my requirements just fine. I did buy other products and more than pleased with price and quality of these. Thank-you Jon for your help. Unfortunately it's not often that you get someone who cares and is so obliging.

Ashley, the Dreams Assistant was a "Dream" to deal with. She was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. She explained all the option open to us.

Our sales advisor alec was extremely helpful In regards to our types of needs for a bed frame and mattress. He made sure we had plenty of options and gave us time to consider these. He not at any point forced a sale on us and we felt comfortable asking questions. 100% happy with the customer service provided. Thank you

i was highly satisfied at shopping with dreams because my order was dealt with sufficiently and the knowledge of the product i was purchasing was great jon (the man dealing with us) couldnt have done anymore if he tried brilliant service

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable regarding what we wanted. Staff also very friendly.

Stuart was very helpful as soon as we entered the store and was able to explain the different types of mattresses.
