From entering the store I was greeted and made to feel welcome .the sales assistant Jon was everything I wanted as he had the answers to my questions so without hesitation I was happy to sit down and not only order my goods but have a bit of banter with him .ihe is a credit to your store and I would highly recommend his personal and friendly manner to my friends

The girl who served me was called Dionne and she couldn't have been any more helpful. She didn't rush me and was on hand to answer any questions I had. When I had almost decided she was able to give me advice and this helped me make up my mind. A credit to the store

The assistant Katrina was lovely , very friendly and attentive , she listened to what we wanted rather than try to sell us something. She had great product knowledge , explained everything in a clear , concise manner , to such an extent we even took the warranty on the items , something i never normally do. She was a pleasure to deal with and would reccomend her to family and friends , she is a credit to your store.

Excellent service, staff with high level of knowledge in regards to their products for sale. Easy transaction, would definitely recommend to friends & family, and will most definitely be back.

Jon took time to explain the different mattress types and engaged in conversation with us. Had visited other bed stores nearby but didn’t recieve a friendly face so would prefer to give dreams the business because of Jon

Sales assistant Alex was very helpful and has a lovely friendly personality which make you feel at ease right away. He displayed a good knowledge of the products on display

Staff were knowledgeable but did not pressure me into making a decision on which bed was the right one for me, simply assisted me in reaching a decision

Staff helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of my particular needs. Didn't feel pressured into anything when I said I would like to go away and think about it. Given all the information on a card with the details of the items and also staff contact name. Returned to place order, original staff member on day off, but assured that she would get credit for the sale. Administration very efficient.
