Salesperson job very helpful explaining the difference in various mattresses

Excellent customer service, completely focused on my needs and offered great advice on different products and what would suit me best. There was no pressure to buy or to hurry us along. Also offered us great cup of coffee!

We were attended to by a Jon McKnight who while attending to our order offered us a cup of coffee which was most appreciated and much needed. Very knowledgable about what we were looking for and eased any worries about assembly and delivery. It was also Jon who approached us the first time we arrived at the store and it was nice to be attended by him on our return.

Kathleen at Dreams Birkenshaw Trading Estate was very helpful, no pressure and showed excellent customer care.
