Dreams - Uddingston

Was greeted when entered the shop, but was left to check out the different mattresses, then Kate the assistant then gave us info on the two mattresses we were between, and made it easier for us to make up our mind, we were also advise of the various ways to pay, our mattress was then ordered and we were given our delivery date. Kate was so nice and easy to talk to and made our experience good and easy. So would recommend dreams every time.

Stuart who helped us was very friendly and we had a 3 year old with is he gave her a balloon and let her try out the 'Frozen' bed which kept her entertained. He also chatted to her about 'Peppa Pig' which again kept her amused. With regards to the products, we asked so many questions and wanted to try different things and he accommodated us and didn't rush our decision. Also he was great at keeping us in our price region making sure that we looked at things appropriate for our budget and also informed us about items on offer that we could make the most of.

I was welcomed by Alex a short time after I entered the store. As i knew what I was wanting I asked for the bed type needed and was shown the different makes. I was shown how the storage unit worked and was given all info necessary to make my purchase. While I was waiting I was given a cup of coffee by Jon who was also very pleasant.

As soon as we walked in the store the staff were very attentive getting us to try beds which suited our needs

Kate was knowledgable about the product range in store. She explained all of the options that would suit our needs, without ever being pushy or giving us the 'hard sell'. We could have stayed in the store all day just chatting! She is lovely person, and an asset to Dreams. Thank you Kate. Also, the advice that she gave us about the Tempur pillows was spot on - we slept like babies last night!
