As soon as l went in the door the display showing the inside construction of the mattress helped me it was exactly what l was looking for.l told Kathleen about the problems l was having with my back and neck and she directed me to the best bed to suit my requirements.She wasn't pushy or anything she was just friendly and helpful and even offered me a coffee. Katherine was very welcoming as soon as we entered the store. She asked if there was anything specific we wanted to see and left us to browse which we liked. We went back to her and she answered all our questions. She then dealt with our transaction efficiently and also offered us refreshments. She chatted away and had a friendly manner.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from the sales person who was very knowledgable and gave us advice on the various products available.

More than satisfied really helpful

From the moment my husband and I walk through the door the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had 2 young children with us which was quite stressful but staff assured us there were no issues and they were very friendly with our children which took the stress away from my husband and In turn made choosing a bed and mattress less stressful. We were continuously offered drinks as it was a warm day. All in all the service at the store was great.

Shop assistant was excellent. Kathleen was friendly and extremely helpful regarding our purchase and very knowledgeable about the other product we were interested in. Her “beducation” about pillows has proven to be very useful and has immediately improved the quality of our sleep.

Lesley was very welcoming and friendly and understood what we wanted and at what price that was suitable for us

Alex was an amazing help as me and my partner where in the store for a while and back and forward looking at beds, and Alex was help eveytime we went back to see him. The service was excellent and he help us through with everything.
