I visited the uddingston store, where I was helped pick my product by Ashley. Ashley was a very pleasant girl who had a high knowledge of the available products. It didn't take her long to be aware of me and my partners likes and dislikes regarding the product we were looking for. She helped us pick our bed, helped us pick our mattress even though me and my partner had different wishes regarding the firmness of the mattress. She helped us pick the perfect one which suited us both. Ashley also helped us figure out our dilemma regarding size of bed to order as we were unsure abouts measurements. I would highly recommended buying from dreams. As the staff could not have been more helpful.

When I went into the store, I was welcomed immediately and asked if I could be assisted. The staff truly respected that I wanted to spend time to have time on my own to have a look around. When I asked for assistance it was immediate. Alex was most helpful and had very good knowledge both on product, quality and discount offers. I ordered my bed with mattress within minutes with confirmed delivery date. I was offered coffee and whilst Alex went through the order and payment process on the computer and explaining the 40 night comfort guarantee - excellent service and I would recommend.
