As we were purchasing our first bed together as a couple we were unaware of the options that were open to us. Dionne was so helpful in giving us information about all of the varieties of beds and mattresses available and how they could be made to best suit both of our needs. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer!

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable about the products, he listened to our needs,he was not pushy,but gave us time to make a decision.

Dionne, the sales adviser was very knowledgeable about the product. She also did not overpower us with her presence by leaving us for a few minutes to try out the various mattresses. Once we decided to purchase the items, she was very efficient in completing the sale.

The assistant who dealt with me was very friendly and efficient and made it all really easy and didnt pressure me at all.

I had an idea of the bed I wanted to purchase but required help selecting a mattress. Dionne, the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and advised me about the different options and price ranges of the mattresses and gave me time to try them out. So I was able to choose and purchase the bed and mattress very easily comforted by the fact that I had been able to make an informed selection.

The help I received from Dionne was first class. I explained what I was looking for, the price range I was interested in and the reason i was looking for new mattresses. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person to help with my order. I was only in the store for 10mins in total as well which was great, no hassles and the order was placed in no time with delivery in a couple of days which is to be expected. i'd definitely go back to this store.

The staff were pleasant however also gave us space to find the right mattress. The payment and delivery were all done speedily and without any issues due to staff being knowledgeable and efficient.
