Staff were very helpful and full of advice but no pressure to make a purchase.

Chris helped us when we were in the store, he was very good and very patient with our 11year old when she was trying to decide, he had a lot of knowledge of the product and explained everything to her and also to us. He was very nice, easy to deal with, we would definitely recommend friends and family to go back to the store and to ask for Chris. The manager also came up and spoke with us, she was very nice and pleasant. It was an enjoyable experience even when spending a lot of money 😂

I was extremely happy with the knowledge of the the product that the staff knew. They made me feel welcome to the store and offered a drink to me.

I did not feel stressed or pressured into making a purchase. I am very pleased with my choice of frame and mattress, thanks to the assistance I received. Overall, an excellent service.
