I found the assistant, Dionne, friendly and approachable. Although i pretty much knew what i was looking to purchase but other options such as uplift of old mattress were clearly explained. At the same time i didn't feel pressured at any point.

Quick, fast, knowledgable service and not too much hard sell.

Jon was exceptional despite being english. He was very welcoming and helpfull and not pushy at all. It helped that he was the same height and weight as my husband and guided us to a product that suited our needs and budget not just his commision. He also offered us tea and coffee(which was great) from the moment we came in till we left and didnt push us to make a decision and go think about it. Which we did and came back 2 weeks later and we were very surprised when jon remembered our name and once again bombarded us with lovely warm coffèe on a cold miserable day,and when we were leaving all the staff said cheerio. Highly delighted by the service we were given by jon mcnight and would highly recomend to freinds. Thanx

Got what we wanted at a price we were happy with and the sales girl was very helpful

The sales assistant that helped us, Ashley, was very friendly - she took time to listen to our requirements, offered us refreshments, was knowledgeable about the stock, able to offer us advice and was in no way pushy.

Megan was great as she took the time to explain the colour system to us for the beds then allowed us space and time to try them out and discuss them ourselves while still being around to answer any questions we had. We were made to feel very welcome by both Megan and all the other members of staff in the uddingstone store.

Ease of access with a friendly approach by Megan and not feeling obliged to buy. We werrn't going to buy a bed at this visit but chose to do so due to the no pushy approach by Megan in store.

On entering the store Jon welcomed us and explained the layout of the store and then waited for us to ask for further assistance. He quickly established our needs and gave us all the options available enabling us to make the correct choice in bed frame mattress and headboard. He then explained all the finance options available and whilst drinking the finest instore coffee I've ever tasted we were able to complete the paperwork quickly and efficiently.
