My wife phoned and spoke to a very cheery Julie, who answered questions and welcomed us to visit the store. On arriving, the door was opened for us and we were given a warm greeting. My wife recognised the voice as Julie.Julie remembered the details of the phone call and immediately arranged for a colleague to assist us. Sheryl, who served us, was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and attentive, whilst ensuring we had time for private discussion.

Alex the store member was highly knowledgeable and made us feel relaxed and comfortable, we had an idea of what we wanted before going into store and we’re considering trying the mattress and then ordering online. Alex’s friendly manner was the main reason we stayed in store and purchased with him

The sales assistant was excellent in communicating the benefits of finding the correct mattress for our needs. Spent time with us testing out different types of mattresses and pillows. Made the whole process easy for us to make up our mind and choose the preferred choice of mattress.

Very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful staff

I was highly satisfied with my experience of dreams on visiting the store. When we entered the store, we where greeted by a female member of staff, stating that we where able to walk around the store paying attention to social distancing from other customers and that we where encouraged to take a walk round the store, look at the different beds etc to see what we where interested in and she would catch up with us in a few moments to be of assistance. Once we were round the store “Lesley” then advised that we would possibly benefit from trying the sleep machine. , then advised as to which products where best suited. Then showed us different grades of mattresses. After this she then advised to have a further look at the different types of bases. Explaining that some come with the option of leather of fabric and drawers also available. Again she left us for a few minutes while we decided on the base required. Lesley explains the difference in slates etc on the bases which was very helpful. When we decided on the frame we wanted and the mattress, Lesley was more than happy to start the process of ordering. She also explained the different ways of paying etc.

We cannot thank Lesley enough in store her customer service she went above and beyond for us she was so helpful in helping us find products that suited both of us and was extremely friendly and overall was just a breath of fresh air.

DIONNE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH OUR REQUIREMENTS AND LET US TRY DIFFERENT BEDS DUE TO OUR AGE AND WE BOUGHT A GRAYSON MATTRESS AND WE HOPE IT WILL DO THE TRICK THANKS AGAIN
