I was just in to have a look and there was a great deal that i could not miss out on. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and make me feel at ease and welcome.

Greeted kindly by a young man named chris as soon as we entered the store, we asked him some questions and he helped us pick the perfect bed, matterss & pillows. He also took much time out to give us very fine details in what we were entitled too and explained all terms and conditions and return policies etc. Very pleased with the visit and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was dealt with by Jon McKnight in a very professional and courteous manner.

There was no pressure to buy and the staff were very Heflin and knowledgeable of what they were telling me

Quickness of ordering as my husband was on a lunch break and we explained this to the lady the bed we bought looks fabulous and the storage and quality great we tried the bed and it was comfy the assistant did a great job

Salesperson understood exactly what I was looking for and offered several products within my price range and gave good advice.

Very friendly and polite staff. Made to feel welcome entering the store and given time to browse. Staff very helpful regarding delivery times. Pleased that furniture is already assembled and bed will be assembled on delivery.

Two members of staff looked after us over the weekend. Allowed us plenty of time to try all mattresses and beds. No rush and offered coffee while we shopped. Sales assistant who took the order was very helpful and informed us of the other deals in store which we took up.
