When we visited we were welcomed by Jon,who was very friendly and informative with regard to the products we were interested in purchasing.

Was immediately attended to by Dionne! She knew exactly what we wanted and helped accordingly! We purchased a bed/mattress, duvet, pillows and a topper for a double bed previously purchased at Dreams! Spent a bit more than expected but feel that we have bought quality items and have purchased some insurance just in case! All in all a very pleasant experience and first class service and attention from Dionne! Just waiting on delivery of the bed which we have been advised 2/4 weeks! Thank You Kate \bell

Overall the staff where great, extremely helpfull. The only issue was I would have preferred to purchase the bed in a different colour. Unfortunately there was only two colours available. I have shopped at other stores who gave me fabric books to choose my exact fabric. However I decided to change the colour scheme in my bedroom to match your product as it was far better quality. I am extremely satisfied with the product although, it is slightly more expensive than I would have liked to have paid. Other than that the entire experience was superb, staff where great and delivery was on time.

Lady let us try lots of beds supplied us with pillows and even made me a coffee. Could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful

Delighted with the overall service of a matress purchased for my 84 yrs old Mother inlaw who is hard of hearing the assistant who managed our ordre showed the utmost repect and understanding towards her and myself speaking clearly and more importantly directly at her

The service we received from Alex was second to none. He took the time and appeared to really care that my mother got the bed she really felt most comfortable with. He offered advice when we asked and was not to intrusive.
