I was very pleased that there was no pressurised sale and my husband and I were able to try out different mattresses to see which ones we found most comfortable.The sales assistant introduced himself(Alex) and shared his knowledge about the types.We attended a presentation about tempur mattresses but felt they were a bit expensive.I was delighted that my mattress could be delivered within a week of ordering and my old mattress taken away.

The assistant was a very friendly young man who listened to our needs ,he was very knowledgeable when it came to the different types of beds ; pillows and to the support you need while sleeping. He showed us around and encourage us to try all the beds and showed us how having a supportive quality pillow can make a world of difference to your sleep. I would recommend dreams to my family and friends.

Assistant Kathleen extremely helpful and certainly not "pushy" as some can be. She took time to let me try different mattress and pillows etc until I decided so definitely makes it so much more comfortable.
