Customer service was excellent and made us fell at ease while picking our perfect bed your colleague Chris was amazing

The showroom was well laid out. The information and prices on products was clear. We were welcomed and put in touch with a sales person very quickly. The sales person listened to our requirements and explained everything really well and allowed us to take our time to make up our minds. Once decided, we were offered a cup of tea while the order was being processed. the sales person made sure all the relevant discounts were in place as well as a gift for full payment.

Upon entering your store at Birkenshaw Industrial Estate, my Wife & I were approached by Dionne who was extremley helpful and full of good advice to allow us to make the right decision on our new mattress. From start to finish, we felt that we were being dealt with by an expert.

The store was well laid out and well stocked. I was greeted by a Dreams colleague (Chris) who took time to ask me about my requirements and show me a selection of mattresses which would be suitable. He was very efficient and friendly and explained everything necessary. I did not feel that I was being rushed or talked into anything.

Very happy with our service. Gentleman who served us could have not been more accommodating. We have shopped here now for a few years and would not think of going anywhere else.

Delivery guys James and David were really helpful .brought bed to room .offered help and wore shoe covers .did not have to ask ,they were really pleasant .thanks to all the staff at dreams .

Whole process was satisfying. We were allowed to browse the selection freely with no pressure of sale but easy access to assistance if required.
