Item we were looking for was in the store and easy to find. Very good staff. Competitive prices.

Friendly efficient Staff

The layout of the store was excellent and all mattresses were colour coded to allow ease of selection. The staff were very helpful and pushed for an early as possible delivery.

My daughter wanted an ottoman bed as she has a small bedroom and not enough storage.We went online to look and dreams has the best range .we also noted you had a 20% off discount running so we were able to go tour our nearest dreams store see the bed in front of us and place an order .hastle free which was excellent

The staff member - Megan - was excellent and her friendliness and product knowledge was first class. She could not have been any more helpful on the day of the visit. Would definitely go back if I was looking for any bedding - beds - mattresses etc

Very friendly assistant (Chris) who obviously knew his product and did not pressure us in any way. Took the time to find out about sleeping needs and showed us appropriate mattresses.

The staff explained type of beds available and took time to ask us our requirements they then allowed us to look rouno and take our time trying different beds they only then came back over to us once we had indicated we were ready

Assistant had all round knowledge of products and gave good explanation of any questions we asked.
