Jon helped me tremendously - I couldn't visualize what he was telling me and he took the time to draw it out on paper for me which allowed me to make some quick decisions - he also up sold me on some extras I hadn't planned on buying but he made some really sensible suggestions so i didn't feel pressured to take them but felt like he helped me get a better product for my needs

Jon answered all my questions and helped with decisions.

From the moment my wife and I entered the store we were made feel very welcome from staff member Megan. The store layout was very good and any questions we had Megan had all the answers that we needed. When it came to choosing a mattress the knowledge that Megan had was brilliant and she let us try as many as we wanted until we found the perfect one for us. The whole process from start to finish was first class my wife and I couldn't have been more happy

I visited having had problems with an order from a competitor. The sales professional,Kathleen, was very helpful and understanding. Placing my order and completing the whole transaction very efficiently. She was also very pleasant and friendly.

The young Salesman Chris was very polite from the moment we walked into the store until we left. He allowed both my wife and I time to look around the store then gave a very sound knowledge of your products. we were offered tea or coffee on several occasions. There was no hard sales talk which I liked and at no time did I feel under pressure to buy. I was very happy to go ahead with my purchase albeit the cost of the bed was somewhat more than I had anticipated. I just hope the quality will outweigh the cost.
