The sales assistant, Dionne, was very welcoming and answered all of my questions. She informed me of current offers and deals to ensure I was able to by a suitable product for the best price possible.

Ashley the salesperson was very helpful in explaining the benefits of the different mattresses and took time to allow my wife to try out the different types of mattresses. We had come to dreams to replace our existing dreams mattress which cis about 7 years old. Ashley was able to match up the equivalent type of mattress as my wife loved the old one and really was looking to get a similar mattress to this one. Once that was sorted we placed our order and paid for it plus delivery next week. Overall a good experience and we will certainly use dreams again. Many thanks. 😀

I am in Sales myself and Kaleem treated me the exact way I would treat my customer- Kaleem was very professional and sold not only the product but also himself, not forcing you to make up your mind, giving me time to ensure that was the product I wanted.He knew his product and nothing was a problem. HE listened to what I wanted and what we bought was just that.

We came into view a bed but it wasn't on the floor, Kathleen helped us look at other options and explained each one to us. She also advised us where else we could view the bed but in the end we came back the next day to give this branch and Kathleen the sale! From start to finish she was polite very helpful and all round great for ideas! Our last bed 5years ago was with dreams and once again dreams have been the best and brilliant in satisfying our needs. We have bought furniture from this store before and therefore returned to have a look at beds. Kate spent a lot of time with us explaining certain beds and also pillows and how we should use these. She was friendly as was the rest of the staff. This is not the first and certainly not the last time we would use the Tannochside store. First class service.
