Dreams - Uddingston

Quick service in store,staff helpful friendly and even offered tea/coffee during our shop. Their customers service approach was a 10/10. Staff gave us lots of knowledge about different types of mattresses etc. Would highly recommend shopping for bed/mattresses at Dreams. I will definately be returning to the Birkenshaw Store.

We took a lot of time as I have been recovering from a serious injury - a double fracture of my vertebrae. Therefore it is imperative that I get a bed and mattress that are suitable. Pedro assisted us and was very patient as we went from frame to frame and mattress to mattress until we were happy. I wanted to check the competitors and we had a look around only to come back to Dreams to complete the purchase. We were given a good deal with a couple of bonus items thrown in and everyone was happy.

I was impressed with Ashley the assistant, she was more than helpful, and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of her work, she was very pleasant, and nothing was of any trouble.

Done left us to look around after pointing out the different colours denoting the firmness of the mattresses. She encouraged us to try the ones we liked and was quite happy to wait until we decided on one. The paperwork was done very efficiently and we left with our green bag to put our old mattress into for uplift. All in all a pleasant experience.

We were offered help immediately. The assistant was very knowledgeable and clearly explained our options. He did not rush us in any way and offered us a coffee while we discussed our purchase. During the paperwork he made sure that he explained what was involved throughout.

I was very happy with the service we received on both occasions that we were in the store. All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially as we have 2 young children. On our first visit we spoke to Kathleen and on Sunday 30.10.16 we dealt with Ashley at your Uddingston branch. We bought both our daughters new beds and the store was very busy but all the staff were helpful in amusing our children while we waited to pay. We are looking for a new mattress for our bed and I will be looking at dreams first due to the service we received. Thank you

The assistance received was greatly appreciated as we weren't entirely sure which type of mattress to buy but with the knowledge and time taken by the sales person we felt we tried various options which resulted in us making an informed decision. We were welcomed into the store and Chris, our sales person was extremely helpful and answered any questions that we had about our purchase.
