Dreams - Uddingston

I was looking for an adjustable bed that was not to high off the ground as i have problems getting in and out of bed and i have to sleep in an upright position as i have breating problems. The assistancs i was given was first class and he even made me a graet cup of tea.

I was approached by Kathleen as soon as I entered the store and quickly I found what I was looking for, she understood my needs and my budget. When we were completing the order online I was made to feel welcome and was offered a drink, which I accepted. Both members of staff were extremely friendly and professional and the process was quick and easy.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and very helpful and was also very good with my 4year old daughter.

We were assisted by Dionne at the Birkenshaw Store who was able to offer all the advice and information we required whilst being pleasant to deal with also.

When looking at the range of beds, I was approached with a member of staff who was very pleasant and helpful. She was also able to answer any questions that I had regarding my purchase, making my purchase of my new bed very smooth and quickly.
