Dreams - Uddingston

We visited your showroom in Uddingston and welcomed by a very nice lady called Dionne who took us round she was very helpful in displaying the different beds that would suite our needs so went ahead and made a purchase. As we have always received great service in the past So would highly recommend Dreams and this showroom to all family and friends.

Experience and expertise of staff concentrated the search for mattress very quickly and lead to a quick decision.

The assistant was most attentive to our needs and knowledgeable about the products as well as being very friendly. I would describe her service as excellent.

Lesley was wonderful taking time to assist my Dad's needs and understanding of a comfortable night's sleep . No pressure selling wonderful 1st class service and made my Dad Tom Balmain very happy, ps and he loved the pillow he bought

We arrived at the store (Uddingston) and approached by Ashley, we had no idea what we were looking for so she instantly started to explain the different colour codes displayed on the beds, and what different types of mattress were available. She then let us try a few explaining each selection as she took us round. Her knowledge was excellent and we instantly trusted her judgement. This is possibly the best customer service I have received in a very long time, Ashley had the patience, knowledge, personality and professionalism throughout our visit, we were comfortable in making our choice and she processed our order extremely quickly and we have a delivery in less than a week. Excellent service from an excellent trained member of staff.

The sales assistant Dionne took considerable time to understand our needs and show us the products that you had that would match them. She had no problem letting us try the mattresses a few times until we were happy with our selection. She also applied no sales pressure and left us on occasion so that we could discuss our budget. Also when our selected mattresses turned out to be too expensive for us she went online to show us a similar mattress that wasn’t available in the store. Best salesperson that we’ve encountered in awhile.

Helpful, friendly staff. Lesley made me feel comfortable in the store and understood my needs as a first time buyer and helped me understand more about beds and mattresses. She was very thorough at showing me options and discussing pros and cons and prices with me. She made it much easier for me when I was shopping on my own.

Dione was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were not left hanging around, please was clean safe. Dione was excellent
