The store was light bright and easy to walk around. The store assistant came to help only a few moments after entering the store asking if i needed assistance. I explained what I wanted and was shown some beds that met my needs. I was given a pillow and was able to lie on different beds to see if they were suitable. The assistant was friendly and helpful giving me time to make my decision. The purchase was made in an easy and relaxed manner with all my questions about delivery answered and terms and conditions explained.

The lovely lady advisor Kathleen from your uddingston store was very helpul and friendly, offering us initially refreshments and she was brilliant keeping our children engaged while we were shown various products throughout the store. Very impressed! Keep up the good work Kathleen 😊

The salesman Christopher was very knowledgeable and gave us as much time as we wanted to work out which bed was for us, there was absolutely no pressure at all to buy anything, overall a very pleasant experience

THE SALESMAN WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS NOT PUSHY OR FORCEFUL AS SOME SALES STAFF CAN BE.
