Kathleen who assisted us, was extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgable and answered all our questions. She did not pressurise us in any way and nothing was any problem to her. We found the store clean, warm and welcoming and we were offered tea or coffee. We enjoyed our visit to the store and we are now looking forward to receiving our new Tempur bed. The is one occasion it was a pleasure to spend £2373!

Satisfied with the variety of products compared to other stores I had visited and the person who served me let me browse around without being pushy unlike staff in the other stores . We have been looking for a mattress for a while now,been to different stores,not been impressed be sales persons or range until we came to dreams,Kathleen Kee greeted us but not with any pressure or fake sales chat, very genuine,instant thumbs up,told her what we wanted and she showed us,explained dif types of mattress,actually lay down showing how to prop use pillow,as my hubby has some aches,she has brilliant knowledge of everything,still no pressure from her,also quickly helping other colleagues when they needed her,the range in store was great,and describing types firmness etc so helpful and colour coded very good,I need to know facts before I buy anything and Kathleen had all the answers and so pleasant and got us what we wanted,she's a credit to store,great with customers and colleagues,I could not rate here highly enough and have already sent friends to her,hope this praise is relayed to her or would be a waste of time

The assistant who helped us, her name was Megan, was extremely helpful and helped with all questions we asked her.

I was only visiting the store and i came away with a new bed. What made the experience highly satisfying is the friendliness of the sales representative, the build quality of the products in store, which is the best i have seen in other competitive stores and the prices were reasonable for that quality.

The store assistant Kate was quick to ask if she could help out and she provided good knowledge and a bit of clarity regarding the products available in store. This alone made the experience more casual and friendly and i wasn't just directed towards the expensive products, i was shown what range the store offered. overall a great experience.
