The assistant Dionne, spent a lot of time explaining the beds. She had a lovely manner. Wasn't in your face like some shops but enough to let us explore by ourselves which is what we like but checking in with us often

The sales assistant Megan was really helpful - she clearly knew the products well and was very adept at gauging when to come and help us and when to leave us alone to make our choice.

The saleswoman and other staff spent a lot of time with us. Our son has special needs. One of the bed was for him. They made him feel very welcome.

The sales person was Ashley, she was polite, well presented, very informative and had excellent product knowledge

Great customer service from two people at the Birkenshaw industrial estate branch....even staying after closing yo help us even though I was not thinking to buy that night.....nothing was a bother
