Assistant, Predro was very professional and friendly as was his colleague (I think her name was Julie).

Staff new all about products and were keen to explain

Good quality products but most importantly the service received in store. The sales assistant (Kathleen) took the time to make sure we selected the right product for us and it was overall an excellent service. Highly recommended!

Good range of products, knew exactly what we wanted. Staff member was extremely helpful and friendly. We were also offered tea/coffee from another colleague on our visit

The lady who looked after me was very friendly and knowledgable, she introduced herself but gave me enough time to look, she kept popping back to help and advise now and again without being too pushy, she was the only one that approached us which I liked as you didn't feel like everyone was fighting for the business,

the overall standard of service given to us in the store was exceptional, it made us feel relaxed and as if we were given special treatment.

Friendly service listen to our needs and advised accordingly.

When I was in the dreams store, the lady who took my order , was very friendly & help to pick the right bed & mattress for my daughter. Would go back to dreams store & places a order again in the near future

Friendly staff. They could not do enough for you and there was no hard sales push. They went out there way to help and understand hour needs
