Dreams - Uddingston

Although store was very busy and staff were occupied with other customers I did not wait long before being served. I knew what I wanted as I had looked on line prior to my visit and Chris the assistant double checked my requirements and placed the order. I was also offered a coffee while all the paperwork was being completed- great service by the team at Birkenshaw Glasgow

Staff were friendly and informative

The whole experience was very pleasant. The sales person was very knowleable and helpful without being intrusive. She had a very good product knowledge and we found her advice extremely useful.

Your memeber of staff Chris was very helpful and seen to all our needs. Offered us a drink, and explained what would happen with our order. He was very friendly, polite and knowledgable of the products that we were interested in. Overall very pleased with our visit to Dreams and would definitely pass on to friends, family and colleagues how good our experience was. Would certainly be the first place to shop for more beds, mattress etc.

Your colleague was very pleasant and helpful and wasn't pushy like other salespeople.She listened to what our needs were and took the time to show us the product very helpful indeed wouldn't hesitate coming back to the shop.

Good product knowledge and resolved any issues quickly

The pleasant and courteous member of staff who helped us in our selection of product. I wish every store had such helpful - but not too pushy sales assistants.

We visited on a Sunday and Kaleem spent more than an hour with us explaining the technical aspects of the products within the store. He asked regarding our requirements and only recommended that we try products suited to our needs. We never felt pressured to make a quick decision. We then tried a few different stores however the service in Dreams was far superior. We returned the following Tuesday and although Kaleem was not working we had enough information from our first visit to make our decision. We would consider this excellent customer service.

I visited the Uddingston store today .I am not an easy customer as I take a long time to decide what I will purchase, Kathleen the sales assistant was very patient and went over all the different options and choices of beds. She was very polite, helpful and answered my many questions on the products to my satisfaction. She must have been starving as I was in the shop an age and over what I would call lunch hours. She allowed me to try the appropriate mattress to suit mu needs and budget . It was an overall very pleasant and worthwhile visit as it was the pleasant and helpful attitude of Kathleen and other staff that swayed my purchase with Dreams rather then Benson Beds . Thank you c
