Alex made our Dreams experience so easy. He understood our needs and wants when buying a mattress. I was extremely happy with the help he gave us with every mattress that we looked at and then gave us time to ourselves to discuss our favourite one. Offering us drinks to keep us cool as it was very warm outside. We will definitely be back when In need of a new mattress and when we need one for our kids. Thank you again for all your help.

I was highly satisfied as we were greeted at the door by a lovely woman who left us to look around before offering assistance when we required it , covid measures were in place to make the trip safe , once help was received the colleague answered every question will a satisfying answer

My grown up kids badly needed new mattresses. I made an appointment to confirm with covid guidelines, We were greeted by Sales Advisor Alex. He took time with my kids to show them all the different options available. Kids being kids took over an hour to decide but we weren't rushed in any way. Alex was very knowledgeable and knew about all about the different mattresses ie, soft, medium, firm etc. We were looked after well, getting bottles of water also in the hot weather. The ordering process and even organising finance was quick and easy. Delivery date was in a few days which was great. Overall my experience was 10/10 and I would definately recommend Dreams to everyone.

Our customer service rep in store was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful and attentive. Katrina was able to answer all of our questions and was able to settle our minds about any concerns we had.
