Dreams - Uddingston

The staff (Michelle, Julie and Megan) were absolutely wonderful. We received coffee on arrival and were asked what we were looking for. We tried out a number of mattresses and were given the choice of a number of pillows to try to ensure our comfort. At no point did we feel rushed or a problem, they were patient, and helpful. It was a pleasure to spend time in the store.

Megan was outstanding Her product knowledge was very good and she was very confident Her manner was very polite

Kathleen was the store adviser we spoke to on our visit. From the very start she was brilliant, took her time to listen to everything we said and what both myself and my wife needed for our bed. Never made us rush to a decision took her time with us and makes a lovely cup of tea.

I recurred a friendly and helpful greeting when entering the store. Staff where knowledgeable and gave me space to browse. On purchasing them where able to give further advice re pillow selection.

Have used Dreams before, but this time went to another well known bed store first. The female serving wasn't very nice so left store and made my way to Dreams. What a difference. I was made welcome immediately and stayed longer in the store . The result made a purchase of a Flaxby bed. Cannot wait until it arrives.

THE MEMBER OF STAFF , CHRIS , WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. HE KNOEW HIS STUFF AND GAVE THE CUTOMER TIME TO THINK WITHOOUT FEELING PRESSURISED. GOOD ON YOU CHRIS!
