Sales person called kathleen was very very helpful and took time with us very knowledgable about products so its down to her we have got our dream bed and hopefully get a good nights sleep, my husband fractured one of his vertabraes and we were looking for a suitable mattress for his back, kathleen took the time and patience to help us get the right one thank you kathleen and dreams...

The assistant Ashley couldn't have been more helpful when helping us to make our choice of bed frame and gave us advice on the product. Overall really satisfied with the service I recieved and will use the store in Uddingstone again in the future.

We had looked at the mattress on line. It wasn't available in the store. Ashley was very knowledgable about the type of mattress we were looking for. She sources the very one we wanted and stated accurately when the delivery would be well in advance. She assisted us with other products we wanted for the bed and gave us good, honest and accurate advice.

The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The knowledge product they had also was great and they were able to assist us when needed. The products available made the choice of what bed to chose hard!

I was looking for a bed for my adult daughter with a severe learning disability. Dionne was very patient with her and took time to explain everything from the comfort of the mattress to the finance to me. We were even offered a cup of coffee which we accepted.
