The salesperson,although a new employee, was helpful and honest. What he wasn't sure about he found out about quickly and efficiently.

Elaine gave fantastic customer service. She attended to all our needs and really helped us make informed decisions about mattresses and pillows. Ashley gave us good information about the bed frame and helped us understand the pricing structure outlined and all the information of the bed cover policy.

We required 3 new mattresses and it has been a long time since we purchased new ones, so Kaleem the assistant was excellent as he advised us on the different types of mattresses available and got us to try all the different types until we selected the ones that we felt suited our needs best. The assistant was very helpful without being pushy which my wife and I both liked.

Ashley greeted us immediately as we entered. We were told the kinds of firmness. We were asked what we wanted. Ashley knew all about the products. The ease of the sale was really good. We were offered a beverage as well. All very friendly. A very inviting experience.

We had visited other bed shops that day but only Kaleem took time to full understand our needs and he did not make us feel uncomfortable. We left the shop to think about our pending purchase. On our return he greeted us with a friendly smile, and once again spent time with us to get exactly what we wanted.

Elaine was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. She went out of her way to make sure we got the right bed for our requirements. We didn't feel rushed or under any pressure.

I found there was plenty of choice, and the sales assistance seemed very knowledgeable about all of the products, I didn't feel pressured into any kind purchase, which made me confident in what I wanted and about any information that I needed to ask.
