Very friendly staff and very obliging

Elaine our assistant made our sale really easy and explained every aspect of our purchase. Really friendly and put us at ease, I would really like to say thank you to Elaine, who did not rush us and had taken time to explain everything to us.

Chris was extremely helpful didn't rush us and helped us to find the right mattress for us.

on entering the store we were approached and asked if we required assistance, we said not at the moment, when we needed assistance the assistant was there to advise us on makes and types of products that we were asking about, he knew the type of product that would maybe suit us and gave us a choice, even letting us lie on the bed to the extent of getting us pillows that we would be comfortable with, there was no rush and at the sales desk he told us the guarantee produced and recommended it, there was no hard sale for this which was good, the salesman was very professional and polite an ambassador for your company. he also offered us refeshments which was a very welcome act, we felt very relaxed shopping at dreams for the second time.

Elaine if very knowledgable , friendly and puts Customer service at the fore front of her job.

We were looking for a mattress. The range of products fully met our needs; the courtesy and service we received were exemplary and the staff knowledge of the products outstanding.

On arrival we were greeted by Ashley Montgomery immediately, she was very pleasant & welcoming. Ashley listened to our requirements & assisted us on a dreams journey to the perfect mattress, there was no heavy sell just knowledge & advice based on our needs, our son sonny also enjoyed the experience along side his chocolate mini egg that one of the members of staff gave him!:) The only slip get disappointment was the delivery charge, as I had spent nearly £2000 I would have thought delivery would have been free. Overall a good experience
