Upon entry we were greeted by a lovely customer advisor named Dionne at you Uddingston branch. She immediately addressed the concerns of my disabled mum - the store was well laid out to accommodate our wheelchair access - she allowed my mum to try the scanning machine to find the best bed for her but before she spoke us through a consultation of what my mums was looking for and made recommendations based on that - the scanning machine confirmed these. She then allowed my mum to try 2/3 different beds all with support of a pillow which we didn’t ask for but was really good customer service. We chose the best one which was marked 20% off and very affordable then she showed us bed frames and was able to confirm the colour we wanted despite it not being on show - and then as we went to pay we’re offered tea/coffee/water which was lovely. She showed us the white version of the frame we wanted on the computer so we could see before buying and was able to help with assembly coats due to my mums disability. Then All confirmed and paid and with a day of delivery that suited us best! All in all it was a great shopping experience!

Had previously purchased bed/ mattress, impressed by courteousness, knowledge and understanding of staff. Same applied this visit with same staff member Alex and fellow colleagues Sheryl, Kate.

Although I have not been out shopping for so long I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I have had. I knew what I wanted but the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. I had a lovely lady called Dionne who was very professional but also down to earth and went through everything with me. I came out with more than I expected but that was a good thing as if Dionne had not pointed out certain items I would not of thought about them at that time. I have to mention that I have had the best latte ever, many thanks for that. One very happy customer who will certainly go back to dreams in the future and also for the latte. Katrina in your store at the Birkenshaw industrial estate Uddingston made my shopping experience a pleasure. Katrina took plenty of time with me discussing my needs and all the products available to suit my needs best. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend family and friends to shop at this store.

Set out to purchase a bed chose Dreams due to overall choice also had a look online so I had an idea what we were looking for, your friendly assistant was was attentive to our requirements and we soon picked our bed frame and moved to a suitable mattress we explained what we had and what we now required, After trying a few and getting an informed explanation about each one our choice was easily made. Very impressed

Alex made our visit special taking time to explain everything about about purchases.

I knew what I needed, the item was there. I received the assistance I needed to purchase the item. I had a good laugh whilst doing it.

Assistant was very pleasant and knowledgeable. At no time did we fell pressurised and were very satisfied.
