The sales team were just superb

The staff were attentive when entering the store and offered assistance but when I stated I was just browsing I was advised to let them know if I required any help. I prefer not to be chased around a store and this offer was exactly what I wanted. When I decided on my purchase and enquired about prices and delivery etc manager Julie was very helpful and after deciding on my purchase she advised that bedding was on offer with a 30% discount and when I declined the offer she also advised there were items on sale which might interest me. I then purchased another two items .I completed my purchase with Dionne who was a pleasure to deal with. Julie was very professional in her dealing as the store was in the middle of a refit which had just started that day and the store was in turmoil she still remained efficient and a pleasure to do business with.

I went into the store just to have a look at mattresses as I have had mine for about 20years I was stunned at the cost of a matress but was really impressed by the staff at the uddingston branch especially Ashley, so I ended up buying a matress that suited my needs and a beautiful bed and duvet all in all totally satisfied.

Kathryn the sales assistant was fantastic when I purchased 2beds her advice was brilliant as I was unsure what to buy for my children my daughter wanted a bed that was not on display she went online to find a bed that my daughter wanted great service and so far very happy

We were assisted immediately on request and given a complete tour and advice on all the mattresses we viewed.The assistant Kaleem whose in depth knowledge gave us confidence to be able to make the choice of products.

When we went in we were approved right away with a friendly welcome and the assistant stayed with us the whole time showing us products we were looking for and we even have a laugh with her so that made us feel so comfortable .
