The assistant kallem was very knowledgeable , polite and very helpful.

Our assistant was knowledgeable and patient. We were unsure of our exact needs and I felt he spent the time required to understand what we were looking for as soon as possible.

I walked into the store and immediately found the sofa bed that I was looking for. The assistant was instantly on hand to help and demonstrate the product. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was then shown to the desk where I was offered a hot beverage and I jokingly asked for a fish supper as I was feeling peckish! Anyway, the assistant dealt with the appropriate paperwork in quick time and was soon on my way home quite satisfied that I had chosen the right place to buy my sofa bed.

Ashley, the assistant who dealt with me, could not have been more accommodating. She had the perfect balance between offering help and leaving me to my own devices. Her product knowledge was excellent, she did her utmost to help me find the best deal and explained everything very thoroughly. Hands down, the best customer service I have ever received. She went through every step with me, explained how the mattresses worked and the benefits of each one, and answered every question I had. Being a complete novice in the various types of bed and mattress, I was highly impressed with her ability to help me find and understand exactly what I needed. Thank you so much!
