Ashley approached us and was very helpful, taking us around the store to try different mattresses and show us how the bed we chose worked. Was a very relaxed experience, I didn't feel pressured at all

The assistant Elaine was excellent. I had a lot of confidence in her finding me the product that was right for me. She was very knowledgable in the products. She explained everything I needed to know in order to make my decision.

The guy who worked with us and the manager were super friendly. They never pushed but very helpful. Nice to have such great staff to work with.

Elaine the sales rep gave us a very warm welcome on arrival; having asked us what we were shopping for she gave us a few helpful hints and allowed us time on our own to browse the items before asking if she could be of any further assistance. Having told Elaine that we wished to purchase a mattress she explained and allowed us to compare 4 different mattresses that suited our requirements. Her explanation of each mattress was very clear and helpful. At no time did my wife or I feel under any pressure to buy. We were even offered a cup of tea or coffee. The customer service we received from start to finish was excellent.
